In November 2011, the City of Blaine approved the Grandis Pond PUD and Preliminary Plat. This approval is valid until November 2016 and is permitted a two year extension period. The PUD is divided into five development areas comprising seventeen neighborhoods. The Preliminary Plat approval covers the Development of Area One.
